I used to have my hair handled by a stylist at Azta, Metrowalk. I stopped going there when my stylist resigned (and transferred to Makati huhu). Ever since then, I have a hard time finding a decent salon and stylist. I badly wanted something new for my hair when I remembered that I read a blog post about Hairshaft (just googled it and found out I read it from @helgaholic’s blog) months ago. I finally decided to give it a try awhile ago.

Had my hair colored (not obvs in the picture), treated and styled. Not really something new (I wanted it short but without having it relaxed or ironed but most salons don’t want to cut my hair short because it’s “ma-alsa”), but I appreciate how they adjusted the treatment to my budget (just like what Helga said, they don’t try to convince you of availing additional services, and being an easy target of sales talk, that’s a big plus for me) and how nice the people are. Also it doesn’t hurt that I like the finish product. Let’s see if it would still look nice tomorrow.

*Another thing, they were willing to allow me to leave just to get my wallet from the office because I left it there. Good thing an office mate was just about to go home and bought my wallet to Podium.
